Cheval Property Management, administer a substantial property portfolio of high quality residential and commercial property in West End, Knightsbridge and the City of London. Gemini where commissioned to undertake the design and fit-out of all of the reception, stairwells, lift lobbies, lifts and toilets to the companies Head Office, to meet the future needs of this rapidly growing business.
The challenge was to completely refurbish the common areas to last another 25 years whilst the building was full occupied and adhering to a strict budget.
The work comprised the re-fit of toilets, lifts lobbies and main stairwell to seven floors as well as the reception and covered entrance canopy. The building remained occupied at all times so it was essential to retain full access for the tenants, use of toilet facilities and a good working environment throughout the works.
