Fourth Hospitality is a market leader in the provision of specialist software for the catering industry. Due to continued expansion and growth of this highly successful business, Gemini where commissioned to undertake the design and Fit-out of their new Covent Garden Head Office, to meet need of this vibrant and rapidly growing company.
The work comprised the fit out a 5000ft2 sales and development office together with provision office power, of data and comms services and conferencing facilities
Main project elements:
- Board room with full video conferencing and AV provision and three meeting rooms
- Reception
- Open plan office for 90 personnel
- Modifications to comms room
- Break out space and pantry
- Cat 5e data cabling and patching to cabinets
- New floor boxes and Power distribution
- Dedicated supply to comms room and power upgrade
- Modifications to house services
